There are three registration fees offered in each category. Early registration is open from February – April 4, 2014. This is the lowest discounted fee. Registration after April 4, 2014, standard registration will be higher but still discounted until June 25, 2014. Any registration after June 25 is subject to on site fees. Early and standard registration is strongly recommended to ensure timely processing of your registration.
You may register as a member if you are a member in good standing of ASTS, TTS or AST. Members must be in good standing by April 1, 2014 or you will need to register as a nonmember.
You may bring a guest or spouse as an accompanying person for a reduced fee. Registration for an accompanying person includes a guest badge to attend either the opening ceremonies and reception, the networking event or both activities. A full WTC registration is required to register an accompanying person.
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received by July 1, 2014. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75.00 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the meeting. All requests after July 1, 2014 will forfeit 100% of monies paid.
Press passes are issued to individuals representing a recognized news organization, including freelancers who contribute to such organizations. Individuals involved with public relations, marketing, sales, circulation, advertising, or any other non-editorial function are not eligible for press passes. For members of the press who are also exhibiting at the meeting, press credentials may only be worn during official press duties; otherwise, exhibitor credentials must be worn. The WTC reserves the right to inspect the credentials of anyone requesting a press pass, and to refuse to issue a press pass. Generally, no more than five representatives per organization are issued credentials. The WTC does not make public any list of press attendees or their affiliations.
